The Paramount Chief of Sefwi Chirano Traditional Area, in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region, Okogyeaman Kwaku Gyamprah lll, has expressed deepest sympathy to the victims and bereaved families of the tragic incident which occurred at Appiatse.
About 14 people have been reported dead, following the road accident involving explosive laden truck and a motorcycle at Appeatse a Community near Bogoso which has also rendered many homeless.
“As a Paramount Chief of Chirano Traditional Area, I wish to extend my deepest condolences to the families of the lost precious souls and also to those who are seeking medical care a speedy recovery”.
The Omanhene further stated that is very heartbreaking to hear that an accident took away lives of innocent people who are breadwinners within a wink.
He prayed to the aligmithy God to give the affected families the strength to quell those painful times.
He appealed to philanthropists, well wishers to support government to as a matter of urgency rebuild the devastated community.
