Asante Akyem NPP endorses Alan Kyerematen

The residents of Konongo in the Asante Akyem Central Municipal were thrown into a state of joy when a refused dump site which has been their biggest challenge in the community was cleared by a group calling itself Asante Akyem for Alan Kyerematen.

According to the Convenor of the group, Yaw Obeng Boamah noted that the move was to sensitise the delegates in the Asante Akyem South , North and Central respectively to remember Mr. John Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen also known as Alan Cash during the upcoming presidential primaries of the ruling NPP.
Mr. Yaw Boamah stated this during a clean up exercise organized by the Asante Akyem for Alan Kyerematen.
A cake was cut to precede the 66th birthday celebration of the Trade and Industry Minister.

Konongo is one of the most populated communities with both adults and children; women and men were seen openly defecating on the refuse dumps while pigs and other domestic animals use the dump site as a feeding ground,a situation the residents say is worrying.

“This has been here for ages, and it’s really worrying, and we need an Assembly Member to man this Electoral Area since a court injunction was placed on the electoral area during the last District level election”.

The leader of the group after listening to the concerns raised by the Konongo residents quickly called for a pee loader and cleared the over 30 years refused dump.
They further cleaned the Konongo market , lorry terminal and the principal streets of the town.

Queen mother of the Konongo market, Nana Adwoa Achiaah urged NPP delegates to vote massively for Alan Kyerematen because he is the only person who can create more jobs for the Ghanaian youth and thinks about the market women in the country.
