Congratulations to Mr.Augustine Yaw Blay, the Executive Secretary to the Vice President for the honour bestowed on you as “Abuafohene Yaw Awiah I”, by the Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Council, as one of Ghana’s most prominent and promising figures from the Western North region.
With no shred of doubt, you are truly deserving of the honour done you today, and even more. Upon the inception of the Western North region, you have never ceased promoting the customs, traditions, and values of the good people of this region.
Not only have you been of immense help to the Western North region, you have also stood your grounds in dispensing real value and to Ghanaians by fostering the digitalization agenda of this country with the second gentleman of our motherland, H.E. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Over the years, you have consistently and with utmost intentionality, dignified yourself, working harder each day and forging yourself into the man you are today.
Serving as the Executive Secretary to the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, I must say, we are very proud of you, to have risen to that height, especially as the first gentleman from our region.
Your commitment, love, and support for your people and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is not out of sight, and so, even as you are honoured by our Traditional leaders today, I sincerely wish you the very best and beseech the Almighty to preserve and sustain you, for the Western North region, for Ghana, to the outer world.
