Construction of a $10 billion Africenter city project in Accra is ongoing

There’s an ongoing construction of a huge commercial and recreational complex at Adenta, Accra. The name of the project is Africentre City with a total construction area more than 400,000 sqms.

It is the pioneering commercial project of AfCFTA with international trade center, international exhibition center, cross-border e-commerce and logistics park and an international standard waterpark.

It will be the biggest international business district in West Africa as well as one of the major commercial hubs in Africa. The construction would make Ghana one of Africa’s major commercial centres.

The phase one of the project consists a huge waterpark, an international trade center and shopping street, which is 8 times bigger than Accra Mall.
