The 2017/2018 Foklex Media Production’s Best Akan Newscaster of the Ashanti Region, Mr Kwame Awuah Nimfour has appealed to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), COP Dr George Dampare to reward DCOP Mr Felix Fosu-Agyeman for arresting the Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) for Sekondi Takoradi, Mr Abdul-Mumin Issah over alleged motor traffic offences.

According to the distinguished journalist, it would take a bold and professional police officer of DCOP Fosu-Agyeman’s sort to display the height of professionalism and impartiality to handle offences involving high public officials in Ghana.

” I have known DCOP Felix Fosu-Agyeman as calm, gentle and resolute policeman. He’s highly professional. I would wish many of his sort in the Police Service”, he noted.

He urged other police officers to demonstrate same height of professionalism and avoid discrimination in discharge of their duties.

He further advised top public officials to respect the Laws of the State and be good examples for the general public.
