Former Western Regional Chairman Eyes President of CLOGSAG

A Labour Union and Public Workers Welfare Advocate, Mr Frank Kwasi Yeboah, has on Thursday, 20th October, 2022 filed nomination to contest for the National President of the Civil and Local Government Staff Association, Ghana (CLOGSAG).

The former Western Regional Chairman of CLOGSAG decision’s decision to lead the Association is in the wake of clarion calls for change in direction of the Association.

A statement issued by Mr Frank Kwasi Yeboah, fondly called Nana Asempanaye Yeboah II reads: “… May I officially announce to our distinguished District, Regional and National Executives of the Association, as well as members that, I have today, Thursday (20th October, 2022), submitted my nomination form to the National Secretariat of the Civil and Local Government Staff Association, Ghana (CLOGSAG) in Accra, to contest for the position of the President in January, 2023 National Executives Elections”.

A reliable source told myvoicenews.com that, Nana Asempanaye Yeboah II move to file for the position of President of the Association has been graciously welcomed by the general members of the Association who are yearning for better welfare policies.

The CLOGSAG, per their calendar, have proposed early January, 2023 for its Quadrennial National Conference in Cape Coast.
