Juvenile stopped by a New Orleans television station earlier this week where he took a page out of Jim Jones’ book and temporarily slipped into the shoes of a weatherman.
The “Back That Azz Up” rapper paid a visit to WDSU6 in his hometown on Wednesday (April 26) to give the people of the Big Easy a weather report on a seasonably warm day — although, it didn’t quite reach 400 Degreez.
“Alright y’all, as you could see right here, it’s hot, it’s hot and it’s more hot, so whatever you do man just get out [the heat],” he said in front of a green screen while rocking a navy blue polo and matching New Orleans Pelicans fitted cap.
“We see you, @juviethegreat bruh,” the news station wrote on Instagram. “He says it won’t be 400 Degreez but it’s going to be a warm day.”

Fans were excited to see Juvie pop up at the news station and make an appearance for the weather report.
“This man been doing dude missions since the pandemic,” one fan commented on IG, while another added: “It’s been 400 degreez since 99-00!”
The 48-year-old also delivered a more traditional interview with WDSU where he discussed his new alcohol line Juvie Juice, an upcoming tour with LL COOL J and performing his own Tiny Desk concert thanks to a push from social media.
“I really didn’t know anything about Tiny Desk and [Travis/social media manager] did, by him making that comment the people just started coming at me strong. I just thought it was a great opportunity for me to be on Tiny Desk and perform and let the people see me with a live band finally on the national stage.”
Fans can expect the anticipated Tiny Desk concert to arrive on June 14.
Juvenile will be a supporting act on LL COOL J’s The F.O.R.C.E Live tour which will come through New Orleans on August 23.
“LL COOL J is one of my role models, somebody that I look up to. Also, The Roots too, one of the best bands I think in America as far as performing live,” he added.
