Rename Kotoka International Airport After Dr. Kwame Nkrumah-Rev.Lawrence Inkoom Appeals

The Senior Pastor of Assemblies of God Ghana, Word of Life Sepaase in the Atwima Nwabiagya South District- of the Ashanti Region, Rev. Lawrence Inkoom, has stated that, General Kotoka’s name should be removed from our international airport and rename after Dr Kwame Nkrumah for his contribution towards the development of the country.

He advised a section of Ghanians to stop disgracing him with “Kanka Nyame ” issues.

Rev. Lawrence Inkoom made this passionate appealed in an interview with the media, he condemed those who always speak against Nkrumah and saying he brought an idols called “Kanka Nyame” which was protecting the nation and no one is caring for them after his death that’s why the nation is suffering but there’s no truth in it but the problem is about Kotoka who killed many innocent peoples and still has name our international airport which is the gateway to the country and his name must be removed.

He revealed that, the evil spirit that led him to kill the innocent peoples still dwell in his name and been manipulating investors when they get to the airport.

Rev. Inkoom, cited many developmental projects that had been excuted by the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah during his regime as a President.

He mentioned for instance, Construction of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, University of Ghana in Accra, Cape Coast University (UCC) in Cape Coast, Akosombo Dam, Tema Motorway, Tema Habour, Takoradi Habour, Fishing Habour, State Farms among others.

He has therefore called on leadership of the country to change the name of the airport and honor Dr Kwame Nkrumah to ensure rapid development.
