CEO of Kan Royal Group of Companies Enstooled Nkosohene of Sefwi Wiawso

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kan Royal Group of Companies, Mr Kwame Amoah Nyame, has been enstooled the Nkosohene of Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area in the Western North Region.

On Thursday 11, November, 2021. an enstoolment ceremony was held at okogyeabour’s palace to crown the business taacum as Nana Adu-Kwasi Botafo ll, popularly known in private life as “Kwame Kaloo”

He swore the customary oath to the Paramount Chief of Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area, Katakyie Kwasi Bumangama ll, and elders under the stool name.

This was after, he had gone through the customary rites, the chief was out-doored and presented to the large family and the entire Sefwi Wiawso township as part of the 2021 Elluo Festival (Yam Festival) at Sefwi Wiawso.

On his part, Nana Adu-Kwasi Botafo ll, was thankful to Katakyie Bumagama ll, and the entire traditional council for the confident resposed in him as well the honour done him.

Nana Adu pleged to be a sarvant and use his rich business experience to bring more investors to the newly created region in order to ensure rapid development to reflect on this year’s theme for the Elluo Festival “Uplifting The Image Of Sefwiman and Beyond”

Nana therefore, praised the Akufo Addo’s government for the introduction of Community Mining Programme with the objective to help create sustainable jobs for the unemployed youth in the region and the country at large.

The chief, who is also a businessman used the opportunity to called on the authorities in charge of the acquisition of mining license to speed up process to enable investors to start operation when applied.

Other chiefs who were enstooled aside Nana Adu-Kwasi Botafo ll, during the 2021 Elluo Festival were Mr Augustine Yaw Blay, the executive secretary to the vice president of the republic of Ghana as Aboafohene and Oheneba Kwabena Osei Agyapong as Ntotoyhene of Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area.
